Jogging and Running, consider these two the most popular activity when it comes to exercise. Running is not costly and you can run any time you want. Some participate during fun runs, races or marathons which you can see through posters and flyers.

What’s the difference? Intensity. Running is obviously a lot faster than jogging and demands more effort from the cardiovascular system. Overall, it requires a high level of fitness than jogging.

These two types of exercises are Aerobic, which means ‘with oxygen’. Aerobic exercise is physical activity where energy is produced with the combination of oxygen, blood glucose, and body fat.
